The HomeScreen Team would like to wish you a Happy Holidays!

As we close out 2021, we want to thank all of our users for your support over the past year. Using the revenue generated from the HomeScreen application fee, we are able to invest directly back into creating more affordable housing in our community and the greater St. Louis area. We couldn’t do it without our landlords who have continued to support us through their loyalty and trust in us.

We wanted to take a moment to recognize a few of our top users from 2021. HomeScreen gives a special thanks to:

Also this year we launched our newest platform, ARCH by HomeScreen, a first-of-its-kind database that allows participating landlords to share the details of their available rental units, including criteria for approval, with nonprofit organizations. We currently have 92 landlords signed up for the program, as well as 44 participating nonprofit organizations!
