HomeScreen featured on Realtime Real Estate Podcast

HomeScreen had the opportunity to chat with Charles at St. Louis Realtors on their podcast RealTime. We were able to introduce ARCH by HomeScreen: At-risk Renters’ Connection to Housing and explain how our newest program works. Sandy, a HomeScreen landlord, was able to join in on the conversation and explain why she chooses to use HomeScreen.

As the protections put in place during the height of the pandemic start to expire, we expect many renters will face evictions and/or homelessness. With ARCH, we have a tool in place that acts as a centralized database of landlords with available rental units specifically interested in renting to tenants with less than perfect application in order to provide safe, stable housing to those most in need. All applicants for ARCH will have the support of a local nonprofit organization, such as the Salvation Army, St. Patrick Center, and Places for People.

In order to be successful, we need landlords with properties in a variety of locations, in a variety of different sizes and price points.

If you or anyone you know would like to join ARCH by HomeScreen, please reach out to Ella at ella@towergrovecdc.org to learn more
