We're Open (to those in a mask)!

As we start to turn the corner on the Covid-19 pandemic and look forward to summer, we wanted to make sure everyone knows that the HomeScreen office is open and the HomeScreen Team is ready to help you our your potential tenants complete the tenant screening application. We will be off Monday to celebrate Memorial Day, but we are otherwise here Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. In the office, we can help with completing the application for the proper address, uploading documents, submitting the application fee, or any other questions or concerns.

Face masks are required to enter our offices. If you happen to come by without one, we do have paper applications available to pick up at any time in a clear box on our front door. Our address is 2337 S. Kingshighway and the front door is located at the corner of Kingshighway and Botanical. There is a parking lot behind the building, and you can enter from Southbound Kingshighway or Eastbound Southwest.

Completed paper applications can be dropped off in our lockbox attached to the building.
